Lisa France has been listing and selling realestate on Bribie Island and its surrounds since 2003. Prior to this Lisa spent 10 years working within Australia and Overseas as an Environmental Project Manager involved in infrastructure projects including mining, wastewater, port facilities, road and rail and electricity corridors and studies on the status of marine debris in Australia.

Lisa’s previous work as a Project Manager saw her involved in large scale property acquisition for numerous private and State Government clients. This experience has been particularly beneficial in her role as Executive Manager with Richardson & Wrench.

Lisa’s role at Richardson & Wrench enables her to be involved in listing and selling along with managing the offices at Banksia Beach and Bribie Island (Bellara).

Lisa’s first year in realestate saw her win the Queensland Rookie of the Year and the National Rookie of the Year for listings and sales. Lisa has consistently won awards every year for her record sales and listings and has also taken out awards for her Project Marketing of aged care villas.

Richardson & Wrench Banksia Beach and Bribie Island is a family run business where Lisa works with her parents, Ann and Barry France and her husband Chad Freshwater.
